Orders and Return Policy

When you order Skinfluence with Syn-ake from us, unless advised at time of order, you will recieve your shipment within 2 working days (UK)  and 7 days (worldwide).

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but do understand that for varying reasons, goods sometimes have to be returned.

We undertake to refund any monies paid (excluding shipping costs) for any order returned to us unopened and in a fully re-saleable condition within 10 days of receipt. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any opened packages.
